Large XRP investors continue increasing their holdings as the market reacts to growing optimism surrounding US crypto regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

XRP surged above $1.50 on Thursday after major holders expanded their positions and traders responded positively to developments tied to the US CLARITY Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data provided by Santiment revealed that wallets holding at least 10 million XRP now control 45.83 billion tokens valued at approximately $68.5 billion. This marks the highest concentration of holdings among large investors in the past eight years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whale Accumulation Signals Strong Confidence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Santiment\u2019s figures show these large wallets now account for roughly 68.5% of XRP\u2019s circulating supply. Such a high concentration is significant because whale activity often carries greater market influence than retail trading activity. Current accumulation trends suggest these investors are positioning themselves for a potentially major development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Much of the optimism appears linked to the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, which advanced on May 14 after passing through the US Senate Banking Committee in a bipartisan 15 to 9 vote. The legislation now moves to the next stage in Congress following months of setbacks and delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The market reacted quickly to the news. XRP jumped more than 7% during the day, climbing from around $1.43 to $1.54, a price level not seen since March. Popular analyst Moon God stated on X that XRP had broken out of a descending pattern that had been forming since February, highlighting $1.52 and $1.60 as important resistance levels to monitor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crypto analyst EGRAG Crypto maintained an even more bullish outlook, pointing to $1.80 as a critical target. According to the analyst, XRP must reclaim and maintain that level as long term support to confirm broader market strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

XRP ETFs Continue Attracting Capital<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Institutional interest in XRP also strengthened significantly. Data from SoSoValue showed XRP exchange traded funds recorded net inflows of $18.52 million for the day, outperforming both Ethereum and Solana ETF products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The latest figures represent a sharp increase from the $5.31 million recorded on May 12, while May 13 saw no inflows at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bitwise\u2019s XRP investment product contributed around $7 million in inflows, while Canary Capital\u2019s XPC fund attracted approximately $4.87 million. Combined net inflows across all XRP ETF products have now climbed to roughly $1.37 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

XRP Pulls Back After Initial Rally<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the time of writing, XRP was trading near $1.46. The token remains up more than 5% over the past week and over 7% in the last 30 days, although it has slipped roughly 5% from the peak reached immediately after the CLARITY Act vote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One area traders are watching closely is leverage activity on Binance. The Estimated Leverage Ratio has climbed to around 0.179, its highest level in two months.
