While funds continue to exit spot exchange traded funds tied to Bitcoin and Ethereum, capital is increasingly moving into ETFs linked to XRP, Solana, and HYPE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite ongoing market uncertainty and sluggish price action across the broader crypto market, these altcoin focused funds continue to attract fresh capital, highlighting a clear shift in investor interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

XRP, SOL, and HYPE ETFs Continue to Attract Inflows<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ETFs tracking XRP have maintained strong momentum for nearly two months, with very few negative weeks since mid March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even during periods when XRP itself struggled and broader market conditions remained weak, institutional investors continued allocating capital through ETF products. Since mid March, XRP ETFs have recorded only two negative weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last week continued that trend. According to market data, XRP ETFs attracted $2.82 million in inflows on Monday, $5.30 million on Tuesday, and $2.55 million on Thursday. Wednesday saw no movement, leaving the weekly total at $10.66 million in net inflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This pushed cumulative inflows for XRP ETFs to a new all time high of $1.45 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solana ETFs also posted solid performance, recording more than $7 million in net inflows during the week. This came shortly after a week of outflows totaling $2.58 million, showing renewed investor confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, HYPE remains one of the standout performers in the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HYPE ETFs delivered their third strongest week so far, bringing in nearly $28 million in fresh capital. Even more impressive, the funds have maintained a six week streak of net inflows since launching in mid May.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In just six weeks, HYPE ETFs have attracted close to $185 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This performance stands out even more given the broader market backdrop. Over the same six week period, the crypto market has experienced heightened volatility, negative sentiment, and widespread fear, particularly during early June when many digital assets fell to multi year lows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BTC and ETH ETFs Continue to Struggle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

While XRP, SOL, and HYPE continue attracting fresh investment, ETFs tied to Bitcoin and Ethereum are facing persistent outflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spot Bitcoin ETFs saw more than $226 million in net outflows last week alone. Over the same six week period in which XRP and HYPE ETFs remained consistently positive, Bitcoin ETFs have recorded approximately $5 billion in capital outflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The situation is similar for Ethereum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spot Ethereum ETFs are also experiencing a six week losing streak, with cumulative outflows approaching $1 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This growing divergence has raised an important question for the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are investors simply rotating capital from large cap assets into smaller altcoins as part of a temporary market cycle, or is this a sign of a more meaningful shift away from Bitcoin and Ethereum toward newer, higher growth crypto opportunities?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
