After a relatively stable weekend around $64,000, Bitcoin gained momentum on Monday and briefly climbed above $65,500, reaching its highest level in several days. However, the rally quickly lost strength, and sellers regained control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several factors appear to be driving the latest decline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, spot Bitcoin ETF outflows continue to weigh on sentiment, with another $68 million leaving the funds on Monday. Persistent withdrawals suggest institutional demand remains weak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second, the strengthening US dollar is adding pressure to risk assets. A stronger dollar typically tightens financial conditions and reduces liquidity, which often hurts crypto markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
