Meanwhile, geopolitical tensions continue to weigh on global markets. The U.S. Central Command confirmed on Sunday that it carried out a ninth consecutive night of military strikes against Iran, saying the operations are aimed at reducing Iran\u2019s ability to target commercial shipping and civilian vessels passing through the Strait of Hormuz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
