AVAX Climbs 7% as Ecosystem Growth and Network Upgrades Fuel Optimism

Avalanche (AVAX) outperformed much of the cryptocurrency market over the past 24 hours, gaining nearly 7 percent after briefly reaching $6.92 before settling around $6.79. The token has also risen more than 5 percent over the past week as growing network activity and ecosystem developments boost investor sentiment.

Real World Assets and Network Improvements Drive Momentum

Avalanche continues to strengthen its position in the real world asset sector. Securitize has now issued approximately $976 million worth of tokenized assets on the network, representing a 123 percent increase over the past month.

The ecosystem has also advanced with the rollout of the Helicon upgrade on the Fuji Testnet. Introduced on July 28, the update brings several improvements to Avalanche’s C Chain.

Among the key changes is continuous transaction execution, which separates transaction processing from block production to improve smart contract efficiency. Helicon also introduces automatic staking renewal, allowing validators to extend their staking positions without manual intervention.

The upgrade further reduces the minimum staking period, giving participants greater flexibility while introducing enhanced fee mechanisms designed to make transaction costs more stable across the network.

Avalanche also remains one of the largest stablecoin ecosystems, with a stablecoin market capitalization approaching $1.5 billion.

According to RWA.xyz, the network ranks as the ninth largest blockchain by real world asset holder count, with 9,218 holders. It trails networks including Robinhood, Solana, BNB Chain, Plume Network, Ethereum, Base, Polygon, and Stellar, while remaining ahead of Arbitrum.

Japan Adoption Adds to Avalanche’s Growth Story

Another milestone came from Japan, where Progmat, the country’s largest security token platform, completed its migration to Avalanche last month.

The move transferred more than $2.7 billion in tokenized assets from a private Corda based ledger to a dedicated Avalanche Layer 1 blockchain.

Progmat represents more than 64 percent of Japan’s security token issuance market and supports a wide range of tokenized real estate and corporate bond projects.

Analysts Watch Key Support Zone

AVAX’s recent rebound follows several weeks of volatile trading and has brought the token back into a historically important demand zone between $6.40 and $7.50.

Market analyst The Boss described this area as a potential turning point rather than simply another support level, noting that buyers are attempting to slow the broader downtrend.

According to the analyst, a sustained defense of this price range could mark the beginning of a longer term accumulation phase. However, a confirmed monthly close below the zone would suggest sellers remain firmly in control of the higher time frame trend.#crypto#cryptonews https://coinsignals.net https://t.me/coinsignalpublic
